We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our
Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information.

Yamie may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:
– To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order.
– To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.

● Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed within 14 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
2. Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of your order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
4. Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct. If our courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us at your expense.
● Return Policy
1. General Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Process for Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@yamie.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
● Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. To be eligible, the item must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
2. Refund Process
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
● Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point that it has been confirmed and dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at returns@yamie.co.za.
2. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard Return Policy process. The delivery fee will not be refunded.
